9. Inspect the 5 pivot points on Hardware
10. Lubricate all moving parts
11. Inspect springs for Safety Wire and Clips
12. Check Date Code on Springs
13. Check to make sure Welded Link Chain is being used
14. Inspect Jambs for damage or splitting
15. Make sure door is not rubbing against the jambs
16. Check and Tighten Truss Rod and End Brackets
17. Inspect Top and Bottom Rails for damage or splitting
18. Inspect Bottom Weather Seal
19. Inspect path of door to make sure it is free of obstructions
