Examples of our providing garage doors for San Diego Home Owners Associations (HOA):
This San Diego Home Owner Association (HOA) had very specific requirements for the replacement of their garage doors. They were looking for a durable garage door that had a high insulation R-Value. The HOA also wanted the doors to have windows to allow light into the garages. What they ended up choosing was the Raynor Relante two sided steel garage door. The Relante has 24 gauge steel with foamed in placed polyurethane insulation. This process give you one of the most durable steel doors on the market along with a high insulation value.
This Home Owner Association was looking for an economical solution to replace their garage doors. We were able to meet that requirement with the Clopay T-50 steel garage door. The Clopay T-50 Value Series door was designed to give long lasting performance with 2” thick steel frame construction. ADS was able to successfully coordinate with a large amount of out of town homeowners during the replacement of these garage doors.
Here is a custom garage door we had our manufacturers create for a Home Owners Association (HOA) in San Diego.
This HOA had a unique situation in that they wanted to replace the old one piece flip up style garage doors with a new sectional garage door. However, they wanted all the new doors to have the look of the current design on the existing door. We worked with our manufacturer to be able to achieve their desired results. The manufacturer was able to mount a faux wood siding onto a steel garage door to meet the needs of our customer.
